Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using BisMaps you agree to these terms. If you use BisMaps on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of members you invite to a workspace. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or malicious content;
- attempt to access other tenants' data, or probe, scan or overload the service;
- reverse engineer the service or resell it without written permission;
- use automated means to extract data beyond the documented API limits.
We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the mind maps, images and text you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that content only to operate the service — for example to save a mind map, render a shared link you enabled, or store a wallpaper on our image CDN. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
5. Plans, billing and AI credits
Paid plans are billed in advance through PayPal on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan. AI features draw on plan credits, which reset each billing period and have no cash value. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, deprecate or discontinue features, and we aim to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality.
7. Termination
You may stop using BisMaps and delete your account at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to remove by law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
AI output may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before you rely on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data that you did not export. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
